Going through a divorce is emotional and difficult for everyone involved. I enjoy helping clients through this difficult process, navigating the complex issues that surround divorce proceedings and putting my clients in the best position to move on with their life.

What is your professional background (school, articles, pro bono work, associatons, etc)?
Lauren Taheri received a Bachelor of Arts degree in 2012 from the University of Massachusetts Amherst where she studied psychology and sociology. Lauren continued on to earn her Juris Doctor at Chicago-Kent Chicago School of Law in 2015 and was admitted to the Illinois Bar that same year. During her first year of law school, Lauren interned at the Illinois Department of Children and Family Services where she worked alongside administrative law judges in assisting appellants through the DCFS expungment process. Lauren continued on to clerk for Chicago-Kent’s distinguished Family Law Clinic where she used her 711 license to represent domestic relations clients. Prior to joining Nottage and Ward, LLP, Lauren worked as a law clerk at a boutique family law firm for two years. Lauren is a member of the Chicago Bar Association, the Illinois Bar Association, and the Women’s Bar Association.
