As Office Manager of Nottage and Ward, Belinda oversees and maintains the daily operations of the firm. Belinda has a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and is presently completing a Masters of Science degree in Accounting Forensics. Belinda has the experience, knowledge, and drive to assist the partners at Nottage and Ward in providing their clients with the highest level of representation and service.

Belinda is a staff favorite among most clients because she is able to provide clients with the highest quality of service, which includes personal attention to detail to ensure accurate billing.

What role do you play in the process?

As the Office Manager I oversee all internal operations of the office. It is imperative that I am detailed, organized, and competent. In the capacity of accounting, I ensure timely and accurate billing to the clients, work closely with them to develop payment plans if necessary, and answer any questions or concerns regarding invoicing. I am responsible for all accounts payable and accounts receivable processes. I work closely with the Paralegal in monitoring all receivables and receipt thereof. Under my supervision and assistance the administrative staff works directly with the attorneys to maintain the files of the clients, processing of documents and overall efficiency.

What can clients expect when they work with you?

Clients can expect honesty, professionalism, and knowledge regarding their invoicing. If I need to investigate an issue prior to answering a question, I will ensure a prompt but well researched response. Clients can also expect concern; for them, their families, and the life they are beginning.
